General Refund Policy
Didactics Solutions LLC strives to provide high-quality educational services. Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both our customers and our business.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
Technical issues that prevent access to purchased content for more than 48 hours
Duplicate purchases made in error
Cancellation within 7 days of purchase for courses not yet started
Services not delivered as described
Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
Completed courses or consumed content
Services after 30 days from purchase date
Customized or personalized educational materials
Third-party services or materials
Refund Process
To request a refund:

Provide your order number and reason for refund request
Allow 3-5 business days for review
If approved, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method
Partial Refunds
In some cases, partial refunds may be offered for services that have been partially used or accessed.
Chargebacks
We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating chargebacks. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension.
